How To Use

Mix two teaspoons (5g) with 200ml of warm water or milk of your choice. Consume once daily, approximately one hour before bed. Do not mix with boiling liquid — warm or room temperature is ideal to preserve the Vitamin C.

Recommended go to night sleep support

I have been enjoying the evening elixir since it first launched over 2 years ago now. It takes great and really helps to relax into a good sleep each night. I enjoy 2 teaspoons in hot water each night 1-3 hours before bed as my dessert. It’s so simple but really enjoyable and works like a dream (haha). My 15 year old daughter has started enjoying her ritual ‘hot chocolate’ with heated oat or nut milk, a teaspoon of honey and water. She says she loves the flavour and she always has a great nights sleep too. Highly recommended for an affordable and quality sleep helper hot chocolate drink.

My new evening routine
